Our Mission & Vision

The Villages Amateur Theatre (VAT) is a volunteer-driven, non-profit community theatre group established by residents of The Villages, Florida. Our mission is to promote, encourage, and advance the art of live theatre within our vibrant community.

We believe that theatre provides a creative and rewarding outlet for people of all experience levels — whether you have decades of professional acting experience or are stepping onto a stage for the very first time in retirement.
